Applications
This product has good whitening effect on all kinds of plastics and plastic products, especially on polychloroethylene and polypropylene.
Mainly for artificial leather, leather products and so on. Its whitening and brightening effect is particularly ideal, and the weatherability is particularly good.
Similar western product is Uvitex FP.
It can also be used in brightening of polymers, lacquers, printing inks and man-made fibers.
Usage
According to the whiteness requirement, the dosage can be selected.
Following are recommended dosages:
PVC:
Whitening: 0.01-0.05% (10-50g/100kg material)
Transparent: 0.0001-0.001% (0.1-1g/100kg material)
Polyphenyl:
Whitening: 0.001% (1g/100kg material)
Transparent: 0.0001-0.001% (0.1-1g/100kg)
